If you want to include this information in your character descriptions a good place for this is after you have talked about their personality and quirks, as some of these will be causes of connection or conflict between characters. You will then build on this in your season overview etc.

This is exactly one of the things Warner Bros asks their pod companies to include when they pitch internally and Ewan's solution is exactly the workaround I've always used.
