Two groups of survivors clash after experiencing and perceiving events completely differently, while trying to survive in a world overrun by zombies.

SYNOPSIS:

A mysterious virus has spread across the globe with millions infected in a few short months. Death was imminent for those infected, but shockingly would rise again, having lost all sense of their humanity.

CATE and her sister, ZOE have carved out an existence in this new world. Cate now leads a small group of five women who have formed a strong unit - until HARPER, the headstrong teenager of the group, encounters a mysterious stranger, throwing their way of life into chaos. Fearing for their safety, the women are forced to act, and conflict ensues with another group of survivors.

In the southern wilderness however, ERIC runs a large camp that has found some normalcy in this post-apocalyptic world. When a serious accident injures one of his people, Eric reluctantly lets his close friend, RICHARD venture further out for supplies. A series of events leads Eric and his people to another group of survivors which irrevocably changes all their lives.

Confronted by physical and emotional conflict from outside and within their own camps, they must learn a valuable lesson in order to survive; In the world’s darkest moments, humanity is the greatest threat.
