About Michael

Michael has been involved in the film industry for more than a decade as a writer, actor, fight choreographer and recently directed his first short drama, Sober. His storytelling style has a strong focus on character and the human condition, and his work leans heavily into these themes. As a writer, Michael has a number of projects currently in development. Among them are the action feature, Scope, the sci-fi drama television series, 3010 with showrunner Paul Mullie (Dark Matter, Stargate) and the horror feature film, They’ll Come For Us.

Michael has worked as an actor for many years appearing in films, television and commercials. His acting credits include City Homicide, Rush, Sea Patrol, Secrets and Lies, The Unlisted and Offspring. Michael’s recent work includes Last King of the Cross (currently showing on Paramount+), the upcoming multi-cultural action drama, Suka, and most recently on the mini-series, Apples Never Fall (NBC/Universal). His onset experience has allowed him to develop skills and understanding of script narrative, screen production and action design.
