Open Loft-Style Versatile Studio
Location: Oakland, California
This space is large versatile shooting studio offering diverse backdrops. Designed for flexible shooting needs, this space also offers a backdrop of aged brick for a loft-like look, as well as a classic white panelled room with daylight.
Location: Northeast Los Angeles, Los Angeles
The yurt, the barn, and the farmhouse share a half-acre lot with 30 fruit trees, a fire pit, and a chicken coop. While each space has a unique vibe, they share a common feeling of being in a rural location while in fact, remaining three miles from downtown LA.
5 Story Luxury Mansion with Garden and Roof Terrace
Location: Upper East Side, New York
This five story mansion has over 750 square feet of outside space with a back yard and one large roof terrace. There is a library, four bedrooms, a large dressing room, and a stunning soaking tub and shower, giving you plenty of options while shooting.
California Spanish Revival Luxury Home
Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles
This luxury home’s architecture is Spanish Revival style and features a large garden space perfect for film and photo shoots. You can find this 4,546 square feet home on Brentwood's most coveted street in Kenter Canyon.
Location: South of Market, San Francisco
You’ll find a cool blend of historic character like exposed brick and Redwood columns with clean, contemporary design. With daylight from a wall of south-facing window and an open kitchen, it’s the perfect space for tabletop, laydown and food photography.
Location: Central LA, Los Angeles
Windows wrap around the entire building, letting in natural light throughout the entire day. The space offers three points of entry, one of which, is a freight elevator making it great for large production shoots.
Location: Queens County, New York
This gigantic, well-decorated houseboat gets tons of natural light. Its unique and spacious layout includes a two-level roof, full kitchen, living room, working fireplace and four separate bedrooms with epic views of beautiful marshlands and urban skylines.

This art deco space is a 2,000 square foot cocktail bar in Hollywood available for film and photo shoots. Some of the features include a marble bar, red velvet banquets, full access to sound system, and access to back alley.
Location: Kings County, New York
This 1,000 square loft is perfect for photo and video shoots. The loft gets tons of natural light with its large southern facing windows spanning one side of apartment.
