Happy Thursday Stage 32!

I am thrilled to share a blog today from an incredible member of the Stage 32 community, talent manager and producer Kurt Patino! In his twenty-year career as a Talent Representative, Kurt has guided the careers of standout young talent such as Rami Malek, America Ferrera, Kelly Stables, Nichole Bloom, Molly Hagan and former Oscar® nominee Patty McCormack.

We are thrilled to have Kurt as a Stage 32 community leader in the Acting Lounge, where he shares amazing advice and insights from his two decades in entertainment (check out one of his lounge posts here for inspiration). Additionally, Kurt has shared some incredible articles on the Stage 32 blog including an interview with casting director Eric Souliere (American Horror Story, 9-1-1, The Mentalist).

Kurt is also a board member of one of our partner festivals, the prestigious Burbank International Film Festival! So without further ado, I will let Kurt take it away to tell us all about the upcoming 2021 BIFF!
