First up, one of the biggest surprise hits of the year has been the improvised comedy JURY DUTY. How do you cast something when all you have is a concept and no characters? In this video from Vanity Fair, Casting Director Susie Ferris breaks down how she landed the job and worked with the creator to put together this phenomenal cast that made this show such a runaway hit. 

Next, award-winning director David Fincher is known for his visuals, storytelling, and technical skills. But what is often a little less discussed is how he gets such great performances from his actors. In this video from Eyebrow Cinema, you'll take a closer look at these individual performances and the dynamic between Fincher and the actors that he works with to explore how consistently lands career-making performances from his actors.
