Celebrate the March 2025 Stage 32 Community’s Successes

Hello, Stage 32 Community!

March is in the rearview mirror, and spring is in the air! I hope wherever you are, the air is clearing, the breezes are getting warmer, and the flowers are blooming!

And now, what we’ve all been waiting for! Our monthly tip of the cap to some of the amazing and talented members of the Stage 32 community, highlighting their successes in this past month. Sharing the successes of these hard-working writers and creatives, seeing their hard work turn into progress, is a HUGE part of what makes working at Stage 32 so much fun and so rewarding. We’re here for this!

We know very, very well how much you all put into your work every single day, and we want you to know that we see you. And when that hard work turns into real, substantive movement, nothing makes us more proud!

Success Stories

Congrats to writer Brad Hinton! Stage 32 exec and producer Carolyn Levine optioned Brad’s script entitled RIDE off a written pitch session!

Congrats to writer Thunder Levin, who met with Michael Carty from Jeff Davis Productions after an OWA request.

Congrats to writer Daniel Callaghan, who was recently signed by literary manager David McInerney (MaCromanagement) after a written pitch session for his script KEVIN & THE HUMANS!

Congrats to writer Sam Juergens and his script HARDEST HIT. Producer Silvia Mathis is attached to produce after a verbal pitch session. Silvia also attached director Mykelti Williamson (FBI, CHICAGO MED, CHICAGO PD, SPRING BREAKTHROUGH) to the project!

Congrats to writer Joshua Keller Katz, who has signed a shopping agreement with TO LESLIE producer Henry Hereford for his screenplay LAST FLIGHT FROM KABUL. They met during a pitch session in the pre-strike half of 2023, stayed in touch, and Henry came on board as a producer.
