Thanks, Daniel. I did a quick read but I don't think that I can help at this time. Best wishes.
It's all good Jenny. Thank you
I'd like to see your script if I may.
Hello, Thank you for your encouragement. Any tips on self publishing you could drop my way would be appreaciated. Thanks again.

Hi everyone at stage 32! I am a CG artist specialized in 3D animation and visual effects. I can deal with various projects from feature/short films to commercials and web (animated or not) videos. I have experience working with independant filmmakers as well. Feel free to drop me a line!
Hello, My name is Rebecca Ferrell aspiring screenwriter. I have a couple ideas that might make good animation stories. I have no idea about cost, outining the need budgeting, etc. Could you give me a rough idea of your services, costs?
Hi Rebecca! Thanks for your message. I would love to hear more about your ideas and projects. Let's get in touch via PM. Cheers!
Hi guys, here's a piece I did for the people of Nanumea, Tuvalu, who are currently at risk of sinking due to rising ocean levels. The film is a part of a series of shorts, based on myths and legends, called Tales From Nanumea. We're currently producing the fourth episode. http://vimeo.com/7886882...

I thought it was the right move back then and still do. I don't like being manipulated. I wasn't that desperate back then and I'm still not.
Pitchfests, when you have something to talk about, can be great. While you WON'T sell a script or get signed in the room, it's a great opportunity to connect with executives and start making some valuable industry contacts!
Exactly.
Good job Chris
Was that Forrest BMP? ;-)
Reminds me of Max Headroom with some cool texturing and 3D effects for Rendered 3D.
What is wrong with these film companies? Don't they have creativity and imagination? I was told the execs did not understand the script! That is why if I sell a few scripts and make more than enough money then I will no longer have to pitch anymore. If I want to make a movie I will be able to do it!
Thank you Emerson! It is not easy pitching to film companies but I plan on pitching to more film companies.

Expand commentThank you Emerson! All the information you tell me does help me out. I have made friends in the film industry and passed my script along to them since it is completed now. Plus, a actor who is big in the B movie industry has agreed for a role in the film. I watched him when I was in high school. He is a phenomenal actor. Then a guy a couple days ago I passed my script onto him as well. He told me when I get the money raised he would make an appearance in the movie provided that I give him plenty of notice. I also watched his films back in the day on USA UP ALL NIGHT. I met him 2 years ago at a Horror Hound Convention. COOL guy to meet.

Expand commentDan I hope you are correct because I would love for it to payoff for me. I have been getting my script out there to a few directors and all. I have not heard back from them yet. Still working to raise money for the movie. I have a Crowdit account and I am working on opening up a Indiegogo account also to make the first movie script happen. Scriptwriting is a lot of fun to do but I have noticed that there is still a lot of work to be done to make it perfect. I am a perfectionist and like things done well. This script "THE POSSESSION OF INNOCENCE"is my baby and I want to make sure that it is perfect!

The script is about finished now. Tonight I sit down to have an hour session with a film executive to discuss about my script. I will be having it ready to pitch.
best of luck.
Thanks Rebecca! So far 7 people donated some money and I have $7 right now built up. There is still 73 days for me to reach my goal. Seeking help. If you only want to give a dollar like these 7 people did it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you once again! Rob

I digg it, hopefully my animations will be that great some day. Check mine out if you'd like, a lot of them are on my page.
Wonderful!
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
I'm in the middle of a Kickstarter campaign to raise post-production funds for my short film Dressing Up. Wondering if other people have used Kickstarter and what advice they have.

Expand commentHello, I have not used the program myself but one lady from Society of Writers Children and Illustrators meeting last month said to back others up with money and feed back. She said you need to build networking there, she said to be inventive with your gifts for pledges and your titles for them and that you ask others to visit the site whether they pledge or not as to keep it freshly visited. Hope that helps. I have a questoin for you but I'll post it later. Thanks. Rebecca
Don't over extend, work your network through social media, be generous but most of all, a strong message sells.

However, I received emails of people promising to donate if I donated to their projects. This is ok, but be leary of campaigns that might end soon and who are asking for donations from you at the start of your campaign. Some don't keep their promises and you can lose money.

I've made it to the semifinals of a screenwriting competition and now I've emailed my script to an executive at Fox.
Thanks. Thats a thumbs up.
Can anyone give me input about the value of entering contests and the Pitchfest and Greenlight my movie on line pitching?

Impressive. Most impressive. Not just good animation, but stylized. I like artists with their own look.
