Hey people! How useful do you think random methods of creativity are? There's been a while since I want to start a story with a help from tarot cards or astrology charts to define some points of a character's destiny. What do you think about it? Have someone already tried these methods? Would you use it as a support for creation?

I'm a writer. I'm also somewhat of a cliche. I've been writing for as long as I can remember. It started with writing crazy stories, then love notes in the lockers of my current heart's desire and so on and so forth. However, recently, perhaps April, i've reached a brick wall. A writer's block that I simply can't shake. I feel as though I'll never be able to write again. It's the scariest thing ever. I've tried writing through it, reading other works, writing at a different time and in a different place. NOTHING is working and I'm really getting concerned. I'm still having great ideas but I can't formulate a script. Could someone help with words of wisdom or some advice?
