My short script LIMBO was optioned by UK director/producer Raz Akram. (I have gone on to write two more shorts specifically for him!) Just got word today that Raz has signed rising UK actress Luccia Rennie to play the lead in LIMBO -- what Raz calls a complicated role. Hoping to take it to festivals later this year.

Hello everyone! Very new here to Stage 32. I'm a published, award-winning novelist, and like to use my experiences working as a cop to bring a sense of realism to my thrillers. Hi. My name is John Timmons. I'm a Philly boy, born and raised, and now living in Los Angeles. I've been an actor for many years but I am now focusing more on screenwriting and filmmaking . "The good Lord willing and the creek don't rise", I'm going to direct my first A-List feature next year, which I wrote called "Mysterious Ways" It is piggy-backing on another A-List feature whose details haven't been finalized yet. (sigh) Talk about"waiting for the other shoe to drop!!" To continue the cliche assault....."my ship finally seems to be coming in" after a lot of years and providing it doesn't turn out to be "The Flying Dutchman", it will be so great to be able to not only fulfill a dream but to pay back some friends and elevate some colleagues that have been so supportive of me for so many years. We shall see................
