Hi Everyone, I am a literary editor/proof reader and I have edited everything from screenplays for members of Stage 32, full length novels, novellas, children's YA and picture books and short articles for businesses and websites. I have recently edited and helped produce a book that is now on Amazon and I have also successfully edited, produced and narrated a short story. I love what I do and always put the very best of myself into my work. I have written a blog for Stage 32 called Keep Believing and I am at the moment producing an anthology of poems, which include not only my poems, but those of very talented contemporary poets. I came into acting quite late having quit the banking industry (stop booing - I can hear you!) - it's a dream come true and I have been luck enough to land a number of great roles on stage and screen already! I love this industry - working on stage and screen is great (albeit both are very different) and I having the time of my life - despite it being very hard work! I have met so many very cool people doing this - and there is nothing more amazing than being surrounded by truly creative people all the time. Like many actors I am still looking for my break through role but I have absolute faith it will come - I've had great feedback so far I think, maybe because I came into it so late, I am just so enthusiastic about everything - I feel like a kid again! It's funny but I have a 4 year old and a 5 year old (both boys) and I learn so much from watching them play - something I forgot to do for 30 years! The most amazing thing I think from changing career is the number of people in my old industry and the new one, queuing up to tell me I will fail! Nothing motivates me more than proving them wrong! Thankfully there are far more supportive people out there who have supported and encouraged me! Welcome everyone - this is a great environment to share things - and if anyone needs an actor - well, here I am! I look forward to working with you at some point! Hi everyone, By way of introduction, I'm a film/TV producer with executive experience working for two A-list stars and as a studio exec at Universal Pictures. I am planning to teach a class or do a webinar soon. In the meantime, if you have any questions that I might be able to advise on, please feel free to post them or message me, and I'll try to answer as soon as I can. I work in both film and TV, live action and animation, and I work with both US and foreign talent. In particular, one of my former bosses is Australian, and I do a lot of work with Aussie filmmakers.
