By Tasha Lewis 2

GENRE: Mystery
LOGLINE: Looking from the outside in, the onlooker sees home but looks can be deceiving when the onlooker learns about mysteries and secrets from the occupants.

SYNOPSIS:

This will chronicle the experiences of the owners and renters of a luxury condominium community where I lived for ten years on the tenth floor and was an owner who paid off my first mortgage a year after I bought it, refinanced and had my cousin’s construction business remodel it that same year. My Developing Your First Novel Webinar on my profile page is based on this location shoot. It covers the process of developing your first novel that’s based on a true story adapted to fiction. Residents will be interviewed and questions will be asked. The surrounding areas will be included in the research. Some of our findings Unknowns Origin of the main phone number (Dead Man two years back) Actual location of the building Transactional mysteries Potential Insurance Mysteries Plot in development stage Unknowns could lead to (pros and cons) The Unknowns are what makes movies blockbuster hits. Unit in the building lines up with October 03, 2025 (10/03/2025) Which might make it a historical fact in a historical building on a historical day. Current occupant has no previous addresses, email or phone numbers. Visited the building, bank that covered the renovation in my home equity (No Tellers at the branch) Saw one of my neighbors who taught art classes to my nephew and niece who visited. Bought several of her paintings and miniatures for gifts. Her gallery in her unit was used as part of a birthday gift. My aunts and dad toured her gallery once when I was running late so they didn’t have to wait in the lobby. The artist had annual Chinese New Year celebrations and 4th of July viewing events. I could see the fireworks on the mall annually from my condo. Uncovered some additional information 3 Act Mini Movie Method Working on which genre.Historical ( reason for genre because the author, screenwriter and producer is a historical figure. It's an intriguing log-line dear Tasha--- but slightly confusing because you open with a view from 'An On-Looker Outside-looking-in" and suddenly we're consider something about thee Owners perspectives instead. You might do well to create a different avenue for bringing all of them into play. :--)

Blessings from Sir Nicholas In Seattle

It's unique! I just recommend omitting the word "it's" and probably replacing with "mystery and".
