What is your start up capital and how much to have really to startup. So you until you really sit down really determine how much $$ you have to spend.

I hope you copyrighted with the Library of congress before you showed it to anyone. That is the only real protection. As with any script, you are protected up to thirty percent. So, it someone changes it more than thirty percent, you have no recourse.
