Even if you are virtual, being even 5 minutes early makes for a great impression. Being able to effectively communicate your ideas, thoughts, concepts, questions, etc. Another quality and one I would say is missed often is being resourceful. Nothing wrong with asking questions but being able to go out and search for answers prior to asking.
